If you happen to be in Pamporovo, it is simply impossible to miss the Snezhanka tower — it is not only the main attraction, but also the excellent viewing platform at an altitude of 2082 meters above sea level.
Spectacular panoramas of the Rhodope Mountains open up from the top of the tower, and in clear weather you can even see the peaks of Rila, Pirina and Balkan!
The towers can be reached on foot, by ski lift or by snowmobile in winter. And at the foot of the towers there is a cozy cafe where you can warm up after a walk.
Built between 1973 and 1978, Snezhanka Tower (Bulgarian: "Snezhanka Tower") is not just an architectural landmark, but also a real pride of Bulgarian tourism. The height of the tower is 156 meters, and its location at an altitude of more than 2000 meters above sea level makes it one of the highest television towers in Bulgaria, built in forests.
