If a strange strip of water without waves appears on the shore, then you should stay as far away from it as possible. This is a Dead Current. At a speed of up to three meters per second, it drags a person into the sea. What to do if you fall into the clutches of this monster?
1. Do not panic.
2. Remember that the current does NOT pull to the bottom, only the upper layer of water moves.
3. Remember that in the sea, the current carries a maximum of 50 meters.
4. Lie on your back and do not fight it - it is useless to fight, you will only lose strength.
5. When the current loses strength and you can swim sideways - swim 20 meters and head for the shore.
You can only drown if you do not know how to swim or panic. Be careful!
