Start your morning with coffee overlooking the bay. Surrounded by greenery and hills, you’ll enjoy a tranquil setting far removed from the noise of the resort’s busy streets. If this is the vision you have for a home in Bulgaria, take a closer look at the Green Forest complex.
The complex is situated in the northern part of Sunny Beach on elevated ground—approximately 115 meters above sea level—along the road toward Varna. It offers expansive views of the sea and the resort.
It is located about 2–3 km from the main amenities of Sunny Beach. This location is ideal for those who value privacy and are comfortable using a car for daily travel.
Low-rise buildings, green grounds, and leisure areas
Green Forest consists of five four-story buildings. The complex features:
Two outdoor swimming pools
Landscaped relaxation areas
Free outdoor parking for residents and guests
It is a perfect place to spend the summer with your family or to establish a home for year-round living—tucked away from the resort's busiest streets, yet within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
One- and two-bedroom apartments — available in two finishing options

The package includes TVs, air conditioning units, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, washer-dryer, and water heaters. A "smart home" system is included.
Buildings A, B, C, and D come with turnkey finishes, installed air conditioning, and fully equipped bathrooms. You can select your own furniture and additional furnishings.
A key highlight is the panoramic view of the sea and Sunny Beach. The elevated location offers a unique perspective of the coastline.

There is an additional charge of €2,000 for each year of the installment period. The down payment and payment schedule are determined when you select an apartment.
At Happy Elephant, we will help you compare options, understand the specifications and purchase terms, and arrange a viewing. We will show you not only the apartment but also the complex's location, so you can envision your daily life here.
